  • Maximum 20 years for design since the filing date
  • Maximum 10 years for trademarks since the filing date or registration date, and according with the instructions of the owner could be renewal by 10 years period

The transfer of data to Official entities is regulated according to the above-mentioned legal instruments case by case and whenever possible the confidentiality possibility is preserved (reserved the right not to publish the data).
